Buying our home from Julie was like having a birthday
We first looked at the home online with Julie's video walk through and were looking forward to meeting Julie at the home open, and we were not disappointed. Even in this very busy real estate market Julie took the time to meet with us, understand what we were looking for and guided us through the whole purchase process in a friendly and professional way. Julie and her staff were helpful and responsive with any queries we had and when we received the keys to our new home it was like a birthday - a celebration and fun time. Thank you Julie for taking all the stress out of our new home purchase and making it an exciting experience.

Very Friendly and Efficient service
We have dealt with Julie as both a buyer and a seller and have found her to be very good at what she does. She always follows through and listens to what we wanted to do. She is genuinely interested in achieving the best results for her clients. Easy to talk to. Office staff are also very helpful and kept us informed of developments during the course of sales.

The Awesome Julie O and Team!
We have used Julie’s services to sell our last 2 properties after dealing with her whilst renting in Perth 15 years ago! Luke made the purchasing and negotiating process easy and stress free. He has a very friendly approach and gives honest feedback and information. He’s never too busy to help out and goes the extra mile....continuing the negotiation process whilst on holiday and popping around after the sale to see how we went and help remove some unwanted items!
