My advice would be, let Julie sell your house for you. Julie is very market savvy, knowledgeable and keeps you in the picture at all times. At a time when the market was a little slow, Julie sold my house in 18 days! Also Julie didn't lead me on with false expectations and high hopes - she kept it real and still got me a better price than I was hoping for. And Julie and her team completed the whole transaction whilst I was interstate. Nothing was too much trouble and my faith in her capabilities was totally justified. I was very impressed with the handling of the whole situation. Well done Julie and thanks.

Reading the reviews I knew I could trust this agency with the sale of our house, but I have to say I didn’t expect such a level of professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond in all aspects of the sale to both the seller and buyer. Julie made buying our first home a smooth and easy process! When we found the home that we thought was "it" she listened to our list of wants and suggested other properties for us to see to be able to compare. This was so helpful in making sure our "it" property was definitely the one! Julie was great with communicating - with a mixture of phone calls, emails and text messages, she was able to be reached almost at any time of day (evenings included) and quickly responded to any questions! As mentioned, we were first home buyers and so didn't understand the process very well and needed a lot of guidance (and had a lot of questions!). Julie and her team (including Elise!) made us feel so comfortable to ask any question and guide us through a confusing process, explaining every step along the way. Picking up the keys to our home was something in itself too! Julie warmly welcomed us to the neighbourhood and pointed us in the direction of a few favourite restaurant and service providers. We can't thank Julie and her team enough for holding our hands through finding our first home and would recommend her to anyone that asked.

Having noticed how quickly the ' SOLD ' signs went up on the Julie Ormiston For Sale signs around our suburb when it came to selling our house in Woodvale my wife and I were of the opinion there was only one agent we should speak to Julie Ormiston. The initial meeting was very warm and friendly and Julie could not have been more professional in her approach even providing us with her book on how best to present you house when selling. The valuation she place on the property aligned with our own and on this basis we signed up for Julie to sell the property on our behalf . The icing on the cake was that within two weeks Julie had found a buyer who was very interested and with careful negotiations the house was sold. In summary we could not praise Julie and her team high enough for their knowledge of the market , in particular our suburb and their professional approach in all aspects of the service they provide and we would have no hesitation in referring Julie to any prospective seller or buyer .

My elderly mother was selling her home to move into a retirement village and we contacted Julie to sell her large home for us. Julie and her team were fantastic. It was very stressful for my mother however Julie was always there offering help. We found her approach to be honest, professional, friendly, very understanding and a great communicator. Using her extensive networks she brought buyers in to view the property before the property went on line. The property did not take long to sell for the price we hoped for. From our initial contact with Julie, to find out what we may expect in selling price for our home, right through to the settlement day, on all occasions we found her to be an honest and reliable home sales person to be working for us. As with many sellers, we did want to try and go for the higher end of the sales exceptions that Julie had given us initially, but we came to meet the market price over time, and Julie helped us with interior changes and suggestions to assist in getting the best price possible. We looked at a house which, online, met our search criteria. Julie showed us around the property and was extremely knowledgeable about current market rates in the Woodvale area and the era that the house was built in. Julie was extremely professional and courteous and assisted us with viewing the property a second and third time. Julie also kept in constant communication with us once we decided to put in an offer on the property. Julie was an absolute delight to work with - no hidden agenda or game playing when it came to putting in an offer for the house either. The online photos were a true representation of what the house looked like too which was great. No wide lens to make rooms look bigger. We give Julie 5 out of 5 for her service.
