My advice would be, let Julie sell your house for you. Julie is very market savvy, knowledgeable and keeps you in the picture at all times. At a time when the market was a little slow, Julie sold my house in 18 days! Also Julie didn't lead me on with false expectations and high hopes - she kept it real and still got me a better price than I was hoping for. And Julie and her team completed the whole transaction whilst I was interstate. Nothing was too much trouble and my faith in her capabilities was totally justified.
