Julie and her team were lovely to work with. THis was my first time selling and as far as processes go - Julie made it as painless as possible. After meeting 4 agents in the area only one, Julie felt as an agent they were actually "on our side" and would fight for the best possible price. This feeling turned in to a reality yesterday when our house settled. Highly recommended and if you have pets don't worry they are good with keeping them occupied if like me you work all day every day.
