Julie and her team made the process of buying and negotiating the house very smooth. The communication was always friendly, timely, professional and helpful. She provided a lovely welcome gift and even paid for dinner on our first night in our new home which took the stress and pressure off an otherwise hectic moving day. I would recommend Julie and her team, and would happily deal with them again.

We have known Julie for a number of years and she has been Agent for our daughter on previous properties. When we decided to sell we wouldn't even contemplate going else where. 10 years ago I came to Perth from the country to purchase an investment property , firstly to house our children coming to Perth for Uni and then to rent out . This is when we first met Julie who helped us find a suitable house and a location we required . Ten years later it was time to sell our investment property and Julie and her team were our first and obvious choice to help us . Julie and her team advised us on the marketing strategy to use and her communication to us on how things were progressing was awesome . Within a fortnight our house was sold with minimum fuss and effort . When Julie or her team gave us advise on what they required us to do to assist them to help us , we listened and we had a great outcome .
