Excellent Agent
Kate sold our property quickly in an area that normally takes a little time. Her excellent negotiation, selling skills and knowledge of her area were evident. I also had to ask a question of Kate not relating to the sale of our home, it was a Sunday and she returned my call immediately. Thanks Kate.

Knowledge, service and integrity
Kate and Ricki delivered a stress free sale. From signing the contract, to handing the keys to the purchasers, every stage was handled promptly and honestly and at all times the team from Raine and Horne were professional, helpful and supportive. Long Time Coming
After an on/off 7yr search for a home in Semaphore we finally found our forever home in August with Raine and Horne.Previously week after week,year after year we would house hunt so we met Kate lots at the viewings.Kate was always so patient with our questions and queries and never judged us when we once again said no it’s not the right one.Her experience and knowledge of Semaphore is second to none,also her passion and commitment to her clients is exceptional.A Semaphore Treasure .

Great communication from a very professional team!
Before my mum moved back to the UK she met with a few agents to sell her house. Immediately upon meeting Kate Smith she knew she’d found her agent. Kate and her team were fantastic in selling our house. The whole process was smooth and effortless (for us!) which was essential as we weren’t in SA. We were updated regularly by Kate, Ricki and Sarah constantly. The advertising and photos were outstanding. I’ve never been to an open house where 100 people turned up, but that’s what happened to us. Our neighbours even phoned us to tell us! Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kate.

Very Helpful
My partner and I worked closely with Ricki Bonnici from Kate's team at Raine and Horne Semaphore. We were purchasing our first home and naturally the experience was daunting and foreign. Ricki made herself very contactable and supported us through the experience. She was incredibly reliable and friendly and made the experience of buying our first home very positive. We couldn't be any happier. We look forward to moving in to our new house! I would definitely use Ricki in the future should we buy or sell any other houses.
