Kate and her team are super easy to work with. Having sold and bought houses I would recommend her to anyone. She is honest and straightforward with a strong focus on her clients. Absolute Awsome-ness!!!
It has been an absolute pleasure to work with this team. Each and every one of them has continuously updated us and kept us informed of any changes/progress almost on a daily basis. Nothing was too hard for them, they all know their areas of skill and use them well, and I would like to respectfully suggest that this is one of the most professional teams I have been lucky enough to contract to this sale. The level of expertise was second to none. A very highly respected and decorated agency principal who knows her way around this area and business with exceptional skills. A JobWell Done
My husband and I asked Kate to sell my Fathers house in Salisbury, as he is unable to occupy the house anymore. There were two open house inspections after the for sale sign went up on the property, and we accepted one of the three offers that was presented to us after the second open house. At all times we were kept up to date by Kate and her team A Job well done.
