Kate and her team were efficient, well organised and turned up on time at all appointments. I was reasonably happy but a bit disappointed as it felt that she was on the side of the buyer rather than me when we had to push her to ask for a bit more money even when she had earlier intimated it may be possible. So I think I did well but I am not sure. To be fair the on line data supported taking the first open offer. I would recommend her for someone wanting a fair quick sale but maybe not someone only focused on getting the maximum offer possible which is not always realistic.
