Outstanding Result
This is the third occasion we have enlisted Conal and the team at Kingfisher Realty to sell our property. Both previous sales were swift and efficient. When it came time to list our property, all paperwork and documentation was prepared and completed with a minimum of fuss. The property was listed on the Wednesday night, Conal had several inspections the following day and had a signed contract within 24 hours. We further negotiated before settling on a sale early on the Friday morning, all with two days. Conal was able to achieve a sale price $53,000 above the asking price. The best part was it was an unconditional cash contract with only a 28 day settlement period. Quite an outstanding result. Goes to show that Conal and the team at Kingfisher Realty are not only the leading Real Estate Agency in Burleigh Heads but also one of the leading agencies on Gold Coast. Conal and his team have helped me over the past few months to find the perfect house in the perfect location. Just a short note to highly recommend Conal... buying or selling. I found him to be extremely fair & honest... which is rare - unfortunately. He wants both the vendor & purchaser to be happy - again this is rare..his knowledge of the market is absolutely correct and I would not hesitate to recommend him. Hassle free service

VERY HAPPY VENDOR
Conal and Erin sold my property in Dunlin Drive. It was a challenging sale owing to the fact I required a long settlement. In all honesty I didn’t believe a buyer could be found to suit the conditions I had put on my sale. However, Conal and Erin provided reassurance and committed themselves to finding a buyer and much to my surprise came back to me with an offer meeting all my needs and a price higher than I anticipated. Throughout the process of this sale, I could not fault the service provided by the whole Kingfisher Team. At no time did I feel left in the dark regarding the process of the sale.
