My wife and I after meeting with Conal decided to list our property for sale with Kingfisher. Conal, with his extensive knowledge of the property market, gave us good advice and guidelines which we followed. The sale of our property was concluded within a short time and to our satisfaction and meeting our expectations. The Difference Between Kingfisher
In the past 5 years we have bought 4 properties and sold 2 so we have dealt with a number of Real Estate agents and I would 100% recommend dealing with Conal and his team. To say what is good about Conal and Kingfisher I would first have to say what is wrong with most other agents, at least on the Gold Coast. The problem with most other agents is that they only have their own interests at heart. Most agents try and 'sell' the property owners. They do this by making them accept that their property is worth less than market value. They do this so they can sell the property quickly and easily as the difference on $50,000 of commission doesn't make much difference to their end pay-cheque but it's an easier and more guaranteed job for them. The differences with Conal is that firstly he is one of the only agents that I have come across that isn't completely full of (you know what). He is also one of the only agents I have met that has the (you know whats) and work ethic to chase a proper price for your property. And by proper I mean HIGH. Maybe it's the country tenacity that he recognises a proper days work and isn't just looking for an quick easy pay day. Or maybe he actually recognises that he will run a better business if he has his client's best interest at heart, not his own. Dealing with Conal and his team was a pleasure but it is because of these reasons that I would definitely recommend using Conal and his team at Kingfisher to sell your property.

Our new home
We couldn't be more pleased with the totally seamless process of buying our new home. Conal absolutely understood his sellers instructions and got the very best for them, though at the same time made the negotiations simple for us. We knew where we stood from the beginning..... no buyers can ask more than that!

Local expert
We were new to the area trying to find the right house in an area we didn't know very well and Conal really helped us a lot in finding the ideal house. For Conal it was more important that we were happy with what we ended up with than it was for him to 'push' his property onto us and we really liked that. And besides, he's a good solid country lad who can be trusted. Thanks Conal!

It was our pleasure and privilege to engage Conal Martin and the team at Kingfisher Realty as agents for the sale of our investment property in Burleigh Cove. Conal came highly recommended from several friends who had experienced high range sales of multiple properties using Conal's team as the agents. Conal was willing to let us guide the initial asking price for our property and whilst the final price was about 5% lower than that we are delighted with the sale.Conal impressed us with his extensive knowledge of the market, stock and profile of prospective buyers. Our designated sales specialist Erin, was sensitive and respectful of the limitations our tenant placed around access to our property. Erin kept us well informed of feedback from inspections. Kingfisher also provided weekly updates of the campaign's multimedia reach. In the last month of our contract and on Erin's advice we agreed to a suggested rewording of price on our property. As well we requested that Kingfisher doggedly try to get us an offer before a specific date. We were delighted that such an offer was made and subsequently how Kingfisher assisted our negotiations to a price slightly higher than that originally offered. The process Kingfisher used for selling our property was excellent. We were well informed and party to all major decisions. Other than Erin’s warm and friendly nature the other qualities we enjoyed were her commitment to getting us the best possible offer, protecting our property, keeping the tenant satisfied and providing comprehensive periodic reports of responses to our listing. We especially appreciated Kingfisher's respect for our busy lives and reluctance to contact us unless necessary. Even at our most stressed and difficult to deal with times Erin managed to keep a smile on her face and a pleasant tone in her communications. Erin, Conal and Kingfisher are equally commited to sellers and buyers and we highly recommend them. We are also very grateful to them.
