L&S Miranda helped me tackle a very complex situation post tenancy over a period of 3 months. They have always been very responsive and professional. Highly recommend.

I had a seamless experience with Laing + Simmons all throughout, from the very beginning of the first point of contact, until my apartment had been rented out. As a landlord, this agency had left me at ease and worry free while they completed their work in an efficient manner. Thank you!

The entire team were so helpful and supportive throughout the process. They were quick to respond but also took additional time out to answer any questions I had along the way. Such a great team who have kept on top of everything despite the pandemic and subsequent lockdowns.

Lisa was so accommodating and amazing when it came to assisting with the leasing of my unit. I was worried about leasing the unit out in the middle of COVID, however her expertise comforted me and directed me to make informed decisions. The communication between Lisa and Jordan was prompt with updating me of the status of leasing out the unit. Highly recommend the Laing and Simmons Miranda Team to manage your property.

I have recently leased my property through Michelle at Laing and Simmons and could not recommend her highly enough. She got the best price as well as quality tenants. As this was my first time leasing she talked me through everything, making the whole process easy to understand. I could not be happier with my choice of agent and would not lease with anybody else!

What can I say about Laing and Simmons Miranda, apart from they are absolutely brilliant at their jobs. They go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your property, I’ve been in the shire for 4 years now and rented all my properties through them! Special mention to Lisa and Michelle. These ladies are a credit to the company! Several of my friends now rent through laing and Simmons.

We have been affiliated with Laing + Simmons Miranda for more than 3 years and I cannot fault them. They are always available to support with anything we need as tenants and very quick to respond to requests. Couldn’t ask for a better agency to manage our tenancy.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I feel very fortunate that a Sydney property investor who I met at an AGM recommended Michelle Green of Laing and Simmons, Miranda, to manage our new investment property. For the last two years Michelle and her team have been efficiently managing our investment property at Miranda. Because we live in another city, we depended on her to supervise the leasing of our new unit. She is efficient and professional in her management of our property, and at the same time always pleasant and courteous to me, my husband and our tenants. The few issues that arose were dealt with promptly, and communication was exceptional. I even use her for advice and knowledge to help us solve problems that arose in other rental properties which were not managed by her agency. Each time she willingly gave me good advice that assisted us to achieve favourable outcomes. We now have moved two of our other properties to be also managed by Laing and Simmons. I am happy to recommend Michelle Green and her team to any landlord and renters. Bernadette Hayes Newcastle, NSW.

It’s been lovely working with this team. Michelle is very knowledgeable with the in and out of rental property and Lisa is consistently reliable with her communication and following through with things. Together they have selected us a very nice tenant which we are so grateful. We look forward to a long partnership with Laing + Simmons Miranda.
