Laing and Simmons Miranda accommodated a same day inspection from an enquiry on a rental property and organised our rental and pet approval within two days of submitting our application. They communicated everything to us quickly during the whole process as well. Our Property Manager Karly is always available, quick to deal with any issues we have and is very understanding. Overall, Laing and Simmons Miranda have been a pleasure to rent with.

I have had few investment properties and by far Laing + Simmons- Miranda are the most professional agency I have worked with. Their attention to detail and thoroughness in selecting quality tenants is outstanding and they care about the outcomes. Michelle and Steven lead by example I highly recommend them and their team.

From the intial enquiry, Lisa and the team were professional, demonstrated a clear understanding of our needs and the market. The entire team act with integrity and it was pleasing that they actually do what they say, normally exceeding our expectations. Unfortunately, that has not been the case with other agencies I have dealt with in the area. I highly recommend Laing + Simmons Miranda.

I've used LnS Miranda for 6 years now, and not one time have I had a need to doubt and of their decisions or thoughts. All is clearly laid out for my information with a great explanation of what is required. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lisa and the rest of the team for anyone that is looking for someone to help manage their property.

Laing + Simmons Miranda were really great to deal with. The whole process from inspection to application was super quick and easy, especially given the current lockdown. Their communication via phone and email was fast and informative and they are all very personable. It is clear they really care for their clients and go above and beyond. We feel really lucky to be able to deal with Laing + Simmons.

Hi recently we had our tenants move out of our rental property in the middle of a pandemic! Lisa was very professional and guided us with advice and we got numerous applications and gained a new tenant in a timely manner. Lisa provided excellent service and kept us in the communication loop with regular updates. Lisa did several inspections to ensure the property was vacated in optimum condition, she has kept a very detailed report and this includes pictures. I would highly recommend Lisa if you are looking for a real estate to manage your property and take care of it like it was their own
