So very happy with the help of staff particularly Michelle and Ellouise. The speed in which they were able to get my unit advertised and viewed meant that I secured tenants very quickly. So grateful for all their help and they even blessed me with a bottle of beautiful Champaign for our wedding. So thoughtful ! A big thank you to Laing and Simmons Miranda you went above and beyond.

My family started renting an apartment from Liang + Simmons Miranda in September 2019. The rental application process was smooth, the property is in good working order. We recently had an inspection and that went well (despite our active 2 year old regularly emptying her toys on the living room floor). So I think Liang + Simmons Miranda a good agency.

I'm really glad we went with Laing + Simmons Miranda. They really cared about leasing our property to the right people. They were in constant communication and even when I wrote an email regarding a query on my statement they phoned me within five minutes to rectify my issue. I have been really happy with the service I have received - very professional and caring.

I got recommended to use this agency from my Sister because she was happy with their service. After dealing with L+S Miranda myself, I’d have to agree. They were well priced and very prompt. I’d definitely recommend to others. Thanks again.

I had the best experience with Laing + Simmons Miranda. Everyone was very motivated to help me find a perfect pet-friendly home. Jaryd and Anna provided awesome support all way through the application process and was kept up to date all the time. I highly recommend this agency and would be happy to work with them again in future.

What an incredible agency but an even better customer service. Jaryd was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, he was so helpful and was attenative to all of my needs. He is a very punctual and professional agent and would definitely recommend.
