We purchased the Unit, 11/30 Hythe street, Mount Druitt, NSW in 2017. The consultant was Basel Nahas and the staff of LSM, Mt Druitt. Mainly the Property Management staff of the Company were helpful , managed the property with professionalism for about seven years. We decided to sell the property in 2024. We approached Basel again because of his market knowledge, communication, and professionalism. He was successful in finding a buyer for us. He and his staff did an excellent job. Before purchasing our dream home, Basel and I already met previously on multiple property inspections. In each encounter, Basel has always showed kindness and patience in addressing all of my queries and concerns. We sold our house through Basel and the process has been nothing but fantastic. We were kept updated throughout the whole process. Communication was 10/10. There was a fast turn around time with everything- advertising of the house, signing of contracts etc. He was very knowledgeable of the market and made adjustments as necessary.
