I first reached out to Ali because I was curious about selling and I was unsure about the process, at the time even the slightest inconvenience would have put me off, however Ali answered every question I had which made me feel comfortable and confident in selling my property. He was genuine all throughout the process and not only to me, to all parties involved he worked great with the tenants helping them find and secure another place to move into, he worked great with the new buyers to get a deal with not only they were happy with but also me. His insight based on his experience helped create a smooth transition from placing the house on the market to getting sold in such a short amount of time.
