Professional, dedicated and hardworking
It has been excellent dealing with Chris for selling my property who gave his 100% and sold it at a great price . I believe he has a sound knowledge of the Market and always gives realistic demand and price of the property. One thing that I really liked was that he has always been punctual as used to reach 30 mins before inspection timings.

We cannot Thank Chris enough
When making the decision to sell our studio apartment, we contacted Chris from Laing and Simmons, Pennant Hills. Within days he was at our property with the photographer preparing for marketing and advertising. The following day we received a mock up of the advertisement and the following week it was advertised on websites, at the office and on flyers. We were immediately impressed with Chris's dedication to sell our property and the dedication he showed towards us. By mid January open house was organised and Chris had us assured that he could sell the property. We were expecting this process to take months, but after one open house Chris had our property sold and we were accepting offers well above our expectations. Being a studio apartment, this is a small property on Chris's portfolio however he treated it as a priority and we could not be happier with the professionalism, dedication and professional knowledge Chris showed us. We had complete trust in Chris and we left the whole process in his hands and he outcome was beyond our expectation. We cannot recommend Chris enough. Thank you so much Chris.

The best agent
Chris has looked after my property for 6 years and recently sold it for a price I am very happy with. The property was a studio apartment and most likely one of the smallest on his portfolio of properties but this never effected the attention and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure it was well looked after, always tenanted and rent was up to date with market trend. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for an agent they can trust to do a great job!
