It gives me great pleasure to commend Emily and the team with the sale of my parents house in Green Haven Drive Pennant Hills. I Met Emily one morning early on my way to Newcastle at her office to organise an appraisal and report back to my parents that she was my choice to sell their house as they wanted to use Mc Grath in Epping. Emily had a very good understanding of the market values in Pennant Hills and the surrounding suburbs that re assured me that she was the Lady for the job. From signing the agreement everything she said she would do she did it and more. Her communication with me before and after the open for inspections that was only two I may add was impeccable. Emily achieved a great result for my parents that took all the pressure of them for the next stage in their life after 35 years in the family home.
