Anne was excellent in communicating with us using phone, sms and email. She listened to our thoughts about selling points with our unit. She then discussed options and ideas we hadn't thought of. One suggestion was to do some virtual staging. Because we had photos of empty rooms and the Tennent not all that tidy, we could give a visual lift to the rooms snowing the full potential. Anne gave excellent comparisons of other similar properties. With this in out knowledge, we accepted the small drop in price that Anne suggested . This brought a very quick sale . Thank you for your insight .We are delighted with the smooth flow of settlement. Anne worked very hard at keeping our unit alive on the market.

After being alerted to a vintage shack for sale in Tumby Bay, we attended the open to meet Kylie Lawson on site to check it out. We made an offer nearly immediately. Kylie is professional, very clear and timely with her communication, and respectful within the process between the vendors, and us as purchasers. Kylie kept us informed, and went the extra mile when the Christmas/New Year period meant our subject to finance clause required an extension, with the property still settling on deadline. Kylie got in touch to ensure we had a special opportunity to unfurl the SOLD sign on A Magic Shack when the finance was approved, which was really lovely. When we got to our new/old shack last week on settlement day, we were showered by Kylie with thoughtful monogrammed gifts and she continued to liaise between the vendors and us on last minute surplus furniture opportunities. Kylie is a pleasure to do business with, and made sure everything was accurate and efficient throughout the sale process.
