This is a long winded story but to shorten it we were moving state for work. Unable to see the home in person due to Covid lockdown Kylie took time on her Sunday to put us on FaceTime and walk us through the property. She showed us every nook and cranny of the property answer everything in detail…even took us for a drive into town with her friend holding the phone so we could see. Then helped us secure the property, when things kept going haywire for us, kept us up to date and in the loop with all changes. Helped make sure the property was ready with gas etc. move in and quarantine, all I can say is Kylie went above an beyond her job role to ensure all parties we happy, but most of all she looked after us in our transition into a new state. We are thrilled with our purchase, would recommend Kylie to anyone as a great agent. Couldn’t be happier and can’t thank Kylie enough for all of her help.

Anne possesses all the marketplace knowledge to ensure I was able to get a very clear understanding of where my property sat in relation to other properties in the area. A realistic value was then able to be placed on the property that resulted in a very fast sale which is what I was seeking. Any queries I had regarding the sale were always responded to the same day, Anne makes you feel like you are a valuable client. Her honest opinion and ideas to enhance the property were noted and duly acted upon. I'm sure this also had an effect on the speed in which my property was sold. Although I have never met Anne in person due to living in Far North Queensland, her cheerful attitude put me at ease and I felt I had someone I could trust entirely. My best interests were certainly always at the forefront with the manner in which Anne operates. I could not rate Anne more highly, and would encourage anyone looking to sell to give Anne the opportunity. I'll reiterate the punctual response time, it's a big deal selling a house and the stress is taken away when you get the information to any query you may have, the same day as asking.

We first approached Kylie about 6 months ago, to get her opinion on us selling. Kylie said the market wasn’t quiet there for our house so we left it for 4 months.
