This is a long winded story but to shorten it we were moving state for work. Unable to see the home in person due to Covid lockdown Kylie took time on her Sunday to put us on FaceTime and walk us through the property. She showed us every nook and cranny of the property answer everything in detail…even took us for a drive into town with her friend holding the phone so we could see. Then helped us secure the property, when things kept going haywire for us, kept us up to date and in the loop with all changes. Helped make sure the property was ready with gas etc. move in and quarantine, all I can say is Kylie went above an beyond her job role to ensure all parties we happy, but most of all she looked after us in our transition into a new state.
