Responsive, hard working and approachable
When I wanted to sell my property I approached a couple of agents and Anne was the only one who responded. She responded to my questions quickly and nothing was too much trouble for her. In my absence she organised my property to ensure it was ready to present for sale and handled everything seamlessly. I was very appreciative of everything she did for me to achieve a sale. Very nice person
Very nice lady to deal with. When we were looking at house's to buy we had our kids with us and she was very patient and nice to them as they where a bit excited, in all very good lady.

Excellent customer service
Kylie has been professional from the outset. She came to the first meeting armed with a glossy corporate Manila folder with her business card plus examples of advertising and a list of possible costs. Always very well dressed. She organised several open house showings and had multiple opportunities to show couples at times that suited them. Always kept us updated on the level of interest and provided us feedback. Ultimately Kylie was able to find us a buyer at the asking price. We are very happy with Kylie and Lawson Real Estate and recommend anyone else to use this agency

Anne was forthright and hard working.
Anne was easy to deal with and trustworthy. We had trouble with our finance and she kept pushing the Broker to get it sorted. She had to add addendums to the contract twice and this was done with minimal fuss. She kept both parties happy because there was never any sign that the contract would fall through. Thankyou for your persistence Anne.

Anne did an amazing job helping us purchase our first investment property. Not only did she go above and beyond, but she was also so easy to chat to and always completed tasks diligently. She was thorough, kept a great level of communication throughout the entire process and made sure we felt comfortable as first-time buyer, especially being from another state. Her work standard is exemplary, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
