Kylie & her team took over managing our property rental a number of years ago. She has, from the beginning been lovely to deal with. Her property manager, Chris was also excellent to deal with re all property management matters. When it came to selling this property, Kylie was the obvious choice, as she had been working with us so well. It was a difficult time for us, due to health matters, but Kylie kept us well informed and handled everything, taking alot of pressure off of us. In the end, the property sold quite swiftly and we got the price we were happy with. Thankyou Kylie, for being so lovely, it made such a difference.

From the first conversation to the present time, it has been an exceedingly great pleasure to deal with kylie and lucia. I was explained everything very clearly and any questions i had were answered promptly and professionally, was always left feeling satisfied and at ease. Arriving in tumby bay later than i had anticipated, i had no internet, thus unsure of where to go to get to my new place. Borrowed a phone, called kylie and she arrived within minutes to have me follow her to the new address. Kylie showed me around, gave all the keys to me, tol me i could call anytime if i needed.
