We knew we wanted to buy in at Coast and were in a position to begin the search. In only a few weeks, a sign board went up at 7 Shore Place, and our neighbours were quick to let us know about it! We met Aly who was very friendly and approachable, and quite personable....as if we had known her for ages. The same goes for Lynne who we had chatted with briefly on the phone. The girls at Links property know the Sands inside and out, and will be able to help our tenant with a new property when the time comes.

Could not recommend these ladies highly enough. From the get go both Lynne and Suzy were amazing. Communication was incredible. Whilst living in Melbourne all communication was via email and phone. So without ever actually having met Lynne or Suzy in person we were surprised at how easy and smooth the whole process was, to the point of feeling like we knew them so well already! We were never left confused and their positive attitudes made our experience fun and stress free
