Very Obliging
My experience of selling my home and buying another appeared to me to be very easy, find the house you like ,agree on a price , tick job done. Have no doubt that behind the scene there are a team of people working very hard to make it seem that way but you would never know. Thank you.

Amazing amazing brilliant agent
Suzy did an incredible job in our property sale in Torquay... vast majority of agents are simply deal takers ; we found Suzy and Lyn so different... they passionately worked with us, kept us informed, worked through the market and really took us very structured through the sale process. Top advice and really know real estate and the geography/people mix and local knowledge. Top agents, great sense of humour and very professional who work as partners and would definitely sell more through them...

Sad to be leaving Torquay!
We first met Lynne and the Links team when we initially rented a property on the Sands, we loved it so much when the lease finished we bought 98 Sands Boulevard again through Lynne, initially we used the house as a holiday home but over the last 5 years have permanent let safe in the knowledge that Lynne was close at hand. I cannot thank Lynne enough, always smiling, always available, nothing too much, got us the price we wanted on sale and has helped by organising the removalist, my wife and I would class Lynne as a friend as well as a great agent. Thanks guys!!!!
