I would definitely recommend Nathan Chapman and Lister real estate for any future vendors. Nathan spent the time in the initial stage to find my needs. He provided realistic expectations for potential sale price. Throughout the auction he created momentum with interested buyers. He also supported me when researching my future house I wanted to buy. This was especially helpful as I was looking to but in a different area. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with a report I was supposed to receive but didn't. However, once the team were aware of this, they rectified it as soon as possible. Overall, the business worked cohesively as a team and were patient with managing my needs.
