After meeting Nathan 4 or so years ago, we were so impressed with his knowledge of the area and his “go get em” atttitude, we knew we were going to engage Nathan to sell our house. Fast forward and we just sold our house. Nathan went above and beyond for us, communication was second to none, he didn’t over promise and more importantly he didn’t under deliver. He was realistic with all expectations and He ensured we understood every step of the process. From communication, marketing and ensuring the right players were at the auction shows how tirelessly he works however he makes it seem effortless like it’s second nature. As executor of my mother's estate, I didn't know where to start in order to get the house ready for sale and to navigate the actual selling process as we live 900km away. Nathan put my mind at ease; organising lawnmowing, cleaning and yardwork and was exceptionally easy to deal with, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had. He was realistic and honest about what we could expect in terms of pricing, given the house needed a fair bit of work. I would definitely recommend Nathan Chapman and Lister real estate for any future vendors. Nathan spent the time in the initial stage to find my needs. He provided realistic expectations for potential sale price. Throughout the auction he created momentum with interested buyers. He also supported me when researching my future house I wanted to buy. This was especially helpful as I was looking to but in a different area. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with a report I was supposed to receive but didn't. However, once the team were aware of this, they rectified it as soon as possible. Overall, the business worked cohesively as a team and were patient with managing my needs.
