I invited Scott Lister as one of 3 local agents to sell our house. Scotts enthusiasm initially made me hesitant to list with Lister Real Estate Agents but he lived up every promise that was made. The selling price was over $100,000 more than one agent had listed as the maximum price expected. We sold another property recently and were not happy with the manner in which the sale was conducted but Scott and Josh restored our faith in the Real Estate Industry. Thanks Scott and Josh

We quickly determined that Scott Lister's advice and that of his extensive team was precise, timely and reliable. We were impressed with the professionalism displayed by the Lister Agency and noted that it was universal amongst the staff members, not just at the owner's level, which tells you a great deal about the Agency itself. It also became apparent that an extraordinary amount of hard work, late hours and negotiation went on behind the scenes to reach the gratifying results that were achieved. Finally it did not stop at acceptance, but continued through and past the entire process. I would use Lister's again without hesitation.
