Our experience was very positive and will not hesitate recommending Lister to our friends and relatives. The feedback to vendors and approach in carrying out the operation gives confidence in the end result which was better than expected.

I would definitely recommend Nathan Chapman and Lister real estate for any future vendors. Nathan spent the time in the initial stage to find my needs. He provided realistic expectations for potential sale price. Throughout the auction he created momentum with interested buyers. He also supported me when researching my future house I wanted to buy. This was especially helpful as I was looking to but in a different area. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication with a report I was supposed to receive but didn't. However, once the team were aware of this, they rectified it as soon as possible. Overall, the business worked cohesively as a team and were patient with managing my needs. They really took the time to break things down for me and assist me through the process. Again, I would highly recommend Nathan and Lister Real Estate

I have nothing but praise for the communication and humanity in dealings with Scott, Nathan and the team at Lister Real Estate Agents. They made selling the property a far less messy affair than what I had anticipated. I was 300km away for most of the process, and both Scott and Nathan personally checked in at least a couple of times a week to keep me informed during the marketing campaign. China and Amelia were brilliant in keeping me across the sales admin side, and a shout-out to Josh who took time to explain some technicalities. Highly recommend this team.
