I have been looking for a place in my home town for 4 months now with little to no help from real estates, so I decided to move to Canberra. After 2 trips and only 7 properties looked at ( most of them through L J Hooker) we got approved and move in 2 weeks. This is our second time renting with LJH Belconnen, and both have been very good experiences, which is saying something given the lack of professionalism and consideration for tenants many Property Managers display. Wright Dunn and Luton Belconnen, I'm pointing at you. Tahlie, Taylor, Tara, and Chloe have all been great, and Tahlie found us a new apartment in a few days during a difficult time, which was caused by Wright Dunn (now Barlows) thinking that it's ok for people to live in an apartment full of black mould, which gave the whole family Pneumonia. Highly recommend LJH Belconnen, to rent or property manage, and to buy or sell through George.
