This is our second time renting with LJH Belconnen, and both have been very good experiences, which is saying something given the lack of professionalism and consideration for tenants many Property Managers display. Wright Dunn and Luton Belconnen, I'm pointing at you. Tahlie, Taylor, Tara, and Chloe have all been great, and Tahlie found us a new apartment in a few days during a difficult time, which was caused by Wright Dunn (now Barlows) thinking that it's ok for people to live in an apartment full of black mould, which gave the whole family Pneumonia. Highly recommend LJH Belconnen, to rent or property manage, and to buy or sell through George.

As long term (8 years) tenants at a property in North Canberra, we have had nothing but positive experiences with LJ Hooker Belconnen. In particular, Kelly Wilke has been excellent in all aspects of our tenancy. Prompt communication in each direction between landlord and tenant, excellent scheduling for inspections and a great assistance when a large tree fell across the property requiring engagement of trade specialists to assess and repair the associated damages.
