My last tenants left rubbish behind and several breakages and damages: a electrical outlet broken in half, the bathroom cabinet dangling, the cedar blinds ruined by not using the exhaust fan properly. The agent was happy for me to pay for all of the above. That's not really looking after my interest is it?

I have had 3 managers, including the current one, over a period of 18 years, and all of them have been the best! Never had any problems with tenants. They have all been very approachable, friendly and professional. Their tenant's background check is very thorough and they do excellent property inspections.

Julie did a great job with our lease signing for our new rental. After applying, we were quickly offered the apartment (within 1 day) and Julie provided regular updates and contact while we were organising to sign the lease. It was slightly difficult for us to get out to Belconnen to sign the lease in person, and Julie went out of her way to find a time that worked for us. The agents at LJ Hooker are thorough and I feel assured that they will help with any of our needs and any issues.
