After applying, we were quickly offered the apartment (within 1 day) and Julie provided regular updates and contact while we were organising to sign the lease. It was slightly difficult for us to get out to Belconnen to sign the lease in person, and Julie went out of her way to find a time that worked for us. Emily is professional, responds to emails and queries quickly, she spent the time to find the particular tenants I was after for my new unit. She went above and beyond to ensure that the unit had no defects from the building before settlement and was very knowledgeable on the processes from buying and then renting out off the plan. She also had tenants secured 2 days after advertising for the price I requested. Chloe was amazing, from helping us see enough homes, to securing the one we loved, she had our back from start to finish. She is an amazing property manager in a market where most wouldn’t give you two seconds because “they are too busy” or “I don’t need to help you because I’ll find a tenant with or without you”. Her genteel nature and the time she gave us to answer all our questions and queries gave us confidence that we had found the right agent. She accepted the prospective tenants we had chosen even though we were aware she had many people waiting who on paper may have looked like better prospective tenants. Julie organised landlord insurance for us and smoke alarm testing services,professional photography and a condition inventory report.
