LJ Hooker took over the management of our property 13/77 Northbourne Avenue in August 2018, before repairs to the property were completed. LJH oversaw the completion of repairs and then rented it. They kept me fully informed throughout the process. Chloe has been the managing agent for most of this period. They achieved a very competitive weekly rent for the property. The tenants LJH found were good tenants. The previous tenants have since left, and LJH found a new set of tenants for the property. Throughout LJH's management of the property, they have kept me promptly and fully informed of any issues, regarding tenants, repairs, property inspections, and rent reviews etc. They have managed the property very well. Chloe is an excellent manager. She understands the property rental market and also understands tenants. She is clear and open in her communications with us. We find her trustworthy.

On top of that, the tenant was also three weeks behind on rent. I’m really happy that I decided to hire Chloe from LJ Hooker Belconnen as my new property manager. She managed to sort the mess that was created by the last property manager and we’ve now got a great tenant.
