We have Emily Glover as our Property Manager on two residential properties and she has proven herself time after time. We currently have a bit of a difficult tenant in one property and she has been able to filter the complaints and report any "actual" issues in a prompt manner and always sees them through until they have been rectified. Our second property was listed for lease for only a blink of an eye before Emily was able to secure us a tenant for an exceptional price. As soon as the approval was given the tenant had signed the lease and moved in, in a span of about 3days (approval day included).
