I have sent a query email from the LJ Hooker website and Chloe Kemp got in touch with me in regards to renting out my new unit at Infinity Towers. From day one she has been very professional and have dealt with great deal of patience. She has even given her honest suggestions on the current marketing trends for rental properties and believe has driven in the right direction. I came across Claudia Pipitone on a weekend for asking about selling or leasing my property. She assisted me completely and informed me about my options regarding market, selling or leasing. She introduced me to one of her colleagues for selling market. Anyways, I finally chose her as my property manager and she professionally explained everything to me. She managed to rent out my property in less than a week that is just perfect. I would not hesitate to recommend her as a property manager when time is important for you.

My experience with Claudia was outstanding! I made inquiries to lease an apartment close to my work as a medical doctor and she found me an apartment the same day 6 minutes walk to my work! Tara Jones at LJ Hooker Belconnen (ACT) took over management of my rental property a few months ago, and did an excellent job at managing all the renovations in progress (new carpet, painting, blinds, etc.) and re-letting the property. The property was re-let very quickly, at a rent higher than I would have expected myself.
