Leasing of my Unit
I was very happy with L J Hooker Belmore and the property manager Linda. She undertook all that was necessary to obtain a good tenant. She responded immediately to all my question on how the leasing process was proceeding. I highly recommend L J Hooker Belmore when considering choosing a real estate agent to manage your property

Property Management.
My property has been with the same agency for over 40 years. I have had no concerns with the management during that time.

Linda at LJ hooker belmore was able to rent my investment property out within 2 weeks of the tenant vacating in a tough market. Linda is a proactive agent with great communication skills. I am lucky to have a great rental manger for my investment property. I highly recommend LJ Hooker in belmore for rental and sales.
