I recently had my tenant vacate and the staff at LJ Hooker were extremely efficient in obtaining a new tenant. They kept me informed through e-mails and telephone calls of a strategy to have my apartment leased out as quickly as possible.

Once again another positive experience from LJ Hooker Belmore. Dealing with Maria is always a pleasure. I can always contact her and or returns calls almost immediately, explains everything in detail and will suggest options, always made to feel like she has your best interest at heart. And most importantly delivers what she says.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Youla Davis during my transition from my previous residence to my new place. She made it easy and efficient and kept me up to date along the way. Very professional! The staff at the Belmore office were also very helpful and assistive when I came into sign documents. The most pleasant experience I've had so far with a real estate agency.

Once again Maria from LJ Hooker Belmore goes out of her way to find a good tenant. I feel like she is treating my property as her own, cannot ask for more than that.
