Easy Transaction. Responsive. Honest
I had the pleasure of dealing with Claudia Persichella from LJ Hooker Belmore, and I can confidently say she sets the standard for what a property manager should be. Claudia is respectful, honest, and truly professional in every sense. She communicates clearly, follows through on commitments, and handles issues with both efficiency and fairness. Her ability to manage the needs of both landlord and tenant with balance and integrity is rare and greatly appreciated. What stood out most was her calm and courteous manner — even in complex situations, Claudia remained composed and solution-focused. It made the experience smooth and surprisingly stress-free. Highly recommended if you're looking for someone who genuinely cares and acts with integrity. Thank you, Claudia!
