Very experienced in her field and professional.
Maria was very polite and professional although it did take over 4 months to find a tenant which may have been due to the higher rent which was set by the agent. It was then lowered by $20 which I had agreed to.

Short vacancy and improved rent
Hooker-Belmore certainly knows their main operation area, the Canterbury-Bankstown Municipality. They are also ready to start moving when a future vacancy is indicated. They are knowlegable about the rental levels in the area and ready to promote the rental property to minimize vacancy
