I would just like to formally acknowledge all the hard work and dedication Joe Murania put into the sale of my house at 50 Lucas Rd Burwood. From the outset, I felt that he understood what a difficult decision it was for me to sell the house which had been home to my mother and grandmother. He was very sensitive to my concerns about selling and at no stage did I feel that he was pushing me along too quickly. I did interview other agents but I was impressed not just by Joe's obvious track record in the Burwood area, but also his genuine motivation to handle the sale along with an incredibly prompt responsiveness to any concerns or questions I raised (even responding to emails on a Sunday!) Joe's advice on how to prepare the property for sale was also spot on and the tradesmen that he organised to assist with the various tasks involved were both thorough and professional. Having him organise this side of things was also a great weight off my shoulders and the jobs were completed according to the time frame and budget we discussed. His encouragement to make the house available for inspection a week earlier than we had originally planned was sound and meant that we attracted potential buyers that we may have otherwise lost. And ultimately Joe's good name and contacts with a large range of home buyers interested in the Burwood area secured the sale after only two open house inspections. And I have to admire his ability to read a buyer's level of interest in being able to obtain a price much above what I had originally anticipated. So my sincere thanks to Joe - it doesn't really sound enough for the peace of mind he secured for myself and my son. Even now with the settlement past, he is still responding to my questions without delay and so although I am sorry to be leaving the Burwood area, I will certainly be singing his praises far and wide as the agent to go to for anyone who has an interest in buying or selling in the Burwood area.
