When we first saw the property online (after being only online for 1hr) we rang Karen to request a private inspection since we weren’t able to attend the open home scheduled for the weekend. Karen got back to me straight away and organised an inspection for the next day. Glad that she did, as we made an offer straight away, which was accepted in 24hrs. Total time from first seeing the property to going to contract was 3 days. We couldn’t have found our dream home had it not been for Karen!
