As we are located interstate, Karen was very helpful and considerate and went out of her way to provide us the opportunity of having an advocate look at the property for us outside of the standard "open for inspection" time. Karen was upfront when communicating with us but what was really appreciated was her ability to make us feel confident in buying this property virtually. Karen's honesty about the state of the property didn't make us feel like she was pushing the sale on us at all. We first met Karen whilst putting in an offer on a house we fell in love with, she was straight up, no nonsense and gave us sound advice as to putting in an attractive offer in a never seen before sellers market in Brisbane. We followed her advice, but unfortunately lost the offer to another buyer (not by much) too which we were devastated.
