Nyree knows the market very well and her results prove she is one of the best
I decided to use her services after researching real estate agents in Cleveland. Her figures were amazing. She is a delightful young women, very competent and a very good listener. She handled my sale smoothly and kept me informed at all times. I have no hesitation recommending Nyree, she is great!

Great communication and friendly
We met Joanne while looking at another property. She was friendly and welcoming and great to deal with. Joanne kept us on file and informed us of another property that was due to come on the market and invited us to view it. Which we did. And we purchased it. Joanne’s communication throughout the whole process was so open and easy that it made this purchase a pleasant experience. After dealing with numerous other agents who lacked decent communication skills, it was comforting to meet one who valued her potential buyers and their needs in such a competitive local market. Thank you again Joanne for everything. We couldn’t be happier with the property and we looked forward to not only moving in but dealing with you again.

Excellent Agent
After having worked with Karen to sell a property in Capalaba, at a price that far exceeded our expectations, I had no hesitation in engaging her as our agent to sell a property in Thornlands. Karen provided an expert opinion on the value of the property backed up by comprehensive data. Throughout the sales cycle Karen & Chloe kept in close contact, so that we were aware of the market feedback at all times. Due to this we were able to evolve the sales strategy to suit the shifting market and Karen closed the deal at a price that we were happy with. I wouldn’t even consider using another agent to sell a property in the Redlands.

Nyree was absolutely fabulous to deal with

A 6 Years Journey with Karen
Our relationship goes back to 6 years ago when we bought this unit as an investment property through Karen. The unit was literally never ever short of tenants! When we decided to sell this unit, Chloe from Karen's team has been working closely with us. Due to some unpredicted incidents, Chloe has been taking care of us almost 24/7. We saw her text messages, emails and calls after business hours, on Sunday and even the New Year Holiday! She always communicated with us in a very professional way: not only responsive but also with the spot-on answers. During the whole selling process, she has also shown us her strong team spirit which is a good way to market business for Karen :) As a client and seller, we are happy with the final result.

The importance of a plan B
Karen and her team embarked on a no nonsense marketing campaign after carefully listening to our needs. We had four offers the day after the first show house. Two of the offers sparked our interest and she negotiated with the potential buyers until we had an acceptable signed offer to hand. What was most impressive was her tenaciousness in getting a back up offer signed "just in case". This turned out to be very wise as the first offer fell over and the inconvenience was minimised. We highly recommend Karen and her team as proficient, professional and pragmatic. Plan B saved the day. Additionally they kept us calm and informed through the whole process.

Hard Working, Brutally Honest.
We had previously sold nearly 13 years ago so we were unsure what to expect this time round. Corinne came in telling us stuff we needed to do to get the house up to scratch for selling. To be fair we probably weren’t expecting the brutal honesty that Corinne shared and to be honest, we needed it. Corinne worked extremely hard to get us a buyer as we had set her a tough target from day one. She is a great communicator which was evident to the array of texts and emails we shared. I would highly recommend Corinne to any seller and I would say to you, take her advice, it’s not intended to be critical it’s intended to give you a beautifully presented house to attain the best possible price.

Successful sale of house in Capalaba
