After having my property listed with another agent for over 6 months. I had given up hope in selling...however i decided to give it another go. I simply looked up who had sold the most houses in bayside and stumbled across Nyree. From first meeting I was instantly uplifted again to sell, Nyree took the campaign to a whole new level and within the first week ! I had an offer on the table. Thankyou for going above and beyong and I look forward to working with you again

Nyree was very easy to deal with and upfront with honest feedback throughout the sale of our property. Nyree always kept us up to date from initial listing all the way through to settlement. We highly recommend using Nyree as an agent and we will continue to do so in the future.

was wonderful working through the process of purchasing my own home. Very patient and not out to "just make a sale". would recommend as a purchaser or seller.

This is our second property selling with Ian Shortell. Each time he has achieved great results. We sold our current property from interstate and Ian made the process so much easier. He gave us great advice on what we needed to complete for the property to sell quickly and we sold on the first day for above our asking price. I would definitely recommend Ian Shortell.

Putting our house on the market was a great experience with Nyree and her team. Their guidance and professional service was above and beyond expectations, they were able to sell our home and achieve a journey into our new home. They were able to keep the process stress free, informing us of the progress along the way. We have no hesitation in recommending Nyree and her team at LJ Hookers Cleveland. Thank you for your help. I was so lucky to have found a real estate agent like Nyree and her team. Nyree sold my property and arranged the purchase of my new property in a short amount of time. I was confident that this would happen due to Nyree's knowledge of real estate and her professionalism from start to finish. Communication with me was always there between Nyree and her team member Leana. I was always kept up-to date during the whole process. Thank you so much for all your work and making everything run so smoothly. From a very happy customer!
