Selling our first home due to an expanding family we thought always going to be difficult process. However Nyree made the entire process transparent and easy to understand. With multiple offers prior to the first inspection Nyree had serious buyers literally lining up outside our house with an offer over the asking price acceptable after the first weekend. Not only did Nyree do a superb job selling our home she also worked tirelessly with the agent we were buying from to get the deal done. We couldn't be more happy that we chose Nyree as nothing was too much to ask

Corinne is a true gem! We were lucky to meet her during an open house inspection which did not meet our needs however Corinne went above and beyond to learn more about us and our new home requirements. Corinne scheduled time with us to show some properties that met our needs which lead us to finding our new home. The entire process has been extremely easy and Corinne always responds quickly to any of our questions or concerns. She has helped us in so many ways, in the short time that we have dealt with her and we would recommend Corinne to anybody buying or selling their home. With her expertise in the housing market and her local knowledge, you will be in the best of hands.

Selling the home the family we built, that grew our family and saw every milestone moment was never going to be easy. As it was time to move on, Nyree helped make the transition that much easier. Nyree is extremely knowledgeable, professional and was sensitive to our needs. We’ve worked with Nyree once before to sell an investment property and it was an easy decision to engage her again to sell our family home. What sets her apart is her customer service, her genuine interest in helping you achieve your goals and going the extra mile for her clients. We’d highly recommend Nyree to anyone considering selling in the Redlands.

Every now and again in life you come across someone who is really really good at their job. This happened for us when we stumbled across Karen. We liked her friendly calm and open manner that would put prospective buyers at ease as they navigate the tricky task of purchasing a property. She came up with many practical and simple approaches to selling our house that dealt with some of its inherent problems. Her detailed understanding of her industry impressed. She carefully explained how it works as we were guided through the tricky task of preparing and selling our property. Karen was always willing to answer any questions and sort out any issues we had carefully and clearly. She has an excellent team working with her. We cannot recommend her enough!
