I am a local property professional myself, and I’ve had the benefit of watching Nyree in action for a number of years now. When it came time to appoint a new agent to market and sell the remaining development stock in our latest project, Nyree was the obvious choice. Nyree has now successfully sold three properties for me in rapid succession; in each instance realising an excellent result for all buyers and the seller alike. She is a consummate professional and an obvious leader in her field. She knows the market, she is candid and direct, and deals with her buyers and sellers with an obvious sincerity. In each transaction she has continued to work tirelessly with each of her buyers, long after the contracts were signed, to ensure a successful and orderly settlement of each sale. I am relieved that I haven’t had to pay my lawyers (or worse, do it myself) to chase buyers’ solicitors and finance brokers about finance approval dates or building inspection issues or the like; Nyree has dealt with them all proactively and on her own initiative. As such, there is genuine value for me in the handsome commissions which I will now gladly pay her for her services. I recommend Nyree without reservation.
