Karen sold me a house and I was so impressed with her and the team at LJHooker Cleveland, that I had them sell my house at Lota. They were genuinely the best, most understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, honest and supportive real estate agents I have met. All the team, with special mention to Sue and Ian bent over backwards to help me during what is an extremely stressful period in anyone's life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Nyree gave us a quick sale as we needed and the price we wanted. Nyree living in the local area gave her a great insight to what the purchasers were looking for Great effort all round

Karen is highly knowledgeable, well presented, extremely helpful and honest. She is easy to approach and always willing to sit down and assist with any problems or worries. She was extremely attentive to our needs and always able to give suggestions on how to sell our property and how to present it to it’s best advantage. She kept us regularly informed about the people viewing and their opinions and responses to our property and she was always accessible either directly, or through her office.

Jade did a fantastic job in the sale of our home and we could not be happier. He is a true professional with outstanding communication skills but importantly he cares. Jade worked with us as a partner throughout the entire process and always had our best interests at the front of mind but also our buyers which was extremely important to us. Jade is a genuine honest person who went above and beyond for us with our sale but also was great in helping us with our hunt for our purchase! If you want someone to sell your home who cares, does a fabulous job and goes above and beyond make sure you put Jade at the top of your list of people to call - you won’t regret it! Thanks Jade for being a great person as well as a great agent.

If you want your house selling, call Nyree. Its that simple! I was actually amazed by the esteem she is held within the industry by other agents - every time I mentioned her name I was told I was in good hands. Wouldn't sell elsewhere:)
