Corinne initially met with me at my home to talk about my property & to show & discuss market and marketing info with me. I asked Corinne for advice about presenting my house optimally for sale - her guidance was spot-on & easy to carry out- she helped me source a trade at short notice, to clean areas of my property. The photos & live listing occurred seamlessly. The morning after the property went live online, Corinne arranged a private viewing after already communicating with an interested buyer. Corinne then involved another interested party in the private viewing, and continued in communication with these parties until my first (and only!) open home that weekend.
