We achieved a great result in a declining marketplace. Best of all she was realistic about price and didn’t gain our business through unrealistic expectations which many other agents will try to do to get your business. In the negotiation part of the sale she worked hard to gain us the best possible outcome. She did not rush us at all just to get a sale.
