Rachael was unbelievably helpful. She assisted my Mum on her moving day. Removalist didn’t show and settlement was looking to be delayed as a result. Rachael called around and secured a removalist late in the day and ensured settlement went through. She also got her own drill and dismantled the bed! Although the property we were selling is in a locality that Corinne does not usually operate in, her initial meeting and discussion with us showed that she had done a lot of research into the area, and was very well-informed on all the important aspects necessary to promote the sale of our property, and she clearly outlined the steps involved in the marketing and sale of our property. Corinne is a genuine people-person, and we connected immediately with her positive and energetic personality and open communication style. Corinne listened attentively to our questions and observations and opinions throughout all of our interactions with her, and provided us with clear and easy-to-understand responses and explanations, as well as professional suggestions and guidance from her extensive and well documented property marketing/sales background.
