Rachael walked into our lives after pounding the pavement door knocking, with a brilliantly prepared package of our home and its potential if we were interested in selling. What she presented in her research of our property and the surrounding neighbourhood combined with the market trends all wrapped up with her magnetic and genuine personality and easy to talk to conversation, made the decision to go to market the easiest and most timely outcome for us for 2021. Rachael was there every step of the way. She did what she said she would do. She backed up her promises, she followed through and returned every call and query we had in what was a stressful and anxious process for our personal circumstances. She even went as far as helping us prepare our yard and home for open homes offering her physical hands of sweat and tears on her weekend. No question was too silly, no ask too much.
