We recently sold our house on the Gold Coast to move to Redlands. We made some enquiries with several agents and looked at a few houses. Some agents would call back, some took our details and others we never heard from. Corinne was very proactive. We enquired on one property she had listed. We didn't see it until after the first open home so it was already under offer by the time we saw it. With a quick phone call, Corinne confirmed what we were looking for and she had a house coming up not yet listed that ticked all our boxes. She arranged for us to view it the next day and we made our offer on the same day. Not only is Corinne a great agent, she is a wonderful person. She knew we had a storm in our area and sent us a message to make sure we were ok. It is easy to see why she sells so many houses. I truly don't know why people bother getting another agent. Corinne doesn't waste time with buyers. She is a property match maker. We can't wait to move into our new home. Not that we ever plan on selling, but we would absolutely choose Corinne if did.

I contacted Corinne to request a valuation as we were considering selling in the future, knowing she was the predominant agent in the area and would have a log of buyers. Also the house across the street was just sold by her for a good price. She did indeed have buyers who were ready to act and although I was possibly not ready due to my natural desire to take things slow, next thing I knew the house was sold and we were talking settlement dates. In hindsight I am glad it all happened quickly as I need decisions made for me sometimes and now we are all in our new locale ready getting ready to start fresh in 2022! Corinne helped out with trades we needed, and worked for a positive transaction for all parties. She is passionate about her work and it is demonstrated in every transaction.

Nyree was very helpful during the open home and stayed a little longer for us happily. The whole process from offer to contract was extremely fast as Nyree was always available for any questions and had prompt replies. I found Nyree very easy to deal with for anything I needed like professional and personal inspections and she has dealt with everything in a highly professional manner to date.
