I found Courtney at a high level of skill in sales and marketing of real estate. Throughout the entire anxious period of having the house on the market, Courtney was always happy and willing to help in any way. Her friendly nature and happy disposition kept me feeling comfortable that I was in the right hands. Once a solid reasonable offer was placed I felt Courtney stray from being a seller's agent to being a byer's agent wanting me to drop my price to suit the buyer's wants. This could be because she can read people well but I felt at one piont like she was a)only after the sale, b)selling to a friend. All worked out in the end. The buyer has stated they paid more than what they wanted and I believe I could have got more than the settled amount. In the end, it all worked out so that everyone is happy. I can personally guarantee that in any scenario whether Courtney is a byer's agent or a seller's agent her outstanding real estate knowledge and communication skills put her a league above the rest.

I had spoken previously to Nyree about the sale of our investment property telling her we would be down in Redlands late in May 2021 to see what was required to tidy up the house prior to sale. received an email that week on what repairs/improvements we needed to address and a market estimate before and after improvements. The house was in fairly good condition but after we followed her advice it blew us away on how good it looked specially on her real estate video presentation. Being a stranger to the Redlands area it was great to have Nyree to provide names and phone numbers for any contractors I required and providing feedback on improvements. All this made for a quick sale when it went onto the market.
